The Rossport Inn was built in 1884 to accommodate passengers on the Canadian Pacific Railway. The oldest hotel on the north shore, the Rossport Inn overlooks Lake Superior and the Rossport Islands.

Lodging
  • Nine lake view cabins, each with private bath and electric heat, are a short walk from the Rossport Inn dining room. 
     
  • Six original guestrooms in the inn share access to a wide balcony with comfortable Adirondack chairs and a view of Rossport Harbour.
     
  • One large lake view room with private entrance and own bath.
  • All lodging is smoke-free.
     
  • Pets are allowed in specific cabins by prior arrangement.

Dining

  • Dinners are served in our smoke-free dining room seven days a week throughout the season from 5pm to 9pm
     
  • Local fresh fish is our specialty. In addition we offer a selection of seafood, steak, chicken, lamb, and pork chops. Both vegetarian and children’s meals can be accommodated. 
     
  • Cocktails, beer and a selection of wines are available to complement your meal.
     
  • Homemade bread, soups, salad dressings, and appetizers such as  our own smoked fish and smoked fish pate.
     
  • Our own homemade desserts such as wild blueberry pie, chocolate  mousse, cheesecakes and carrot cake.
