Board of Directors
The Rossport Tourism Association (RTA) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for ensuring and overseeing that the volunteer Executive develop and execute on the strategic plan for the organization. The Board of Directors is also responsible for ensuring the Executive has implemented an adequate system in internal controls and is also responsible for approving the annual budget.
Each member of the Board of Directors is elected for a two year term based on a vote conducted by the Members of the RTA.
